Presently a contract is being drawn up for those who want to display the quilt at a ferret event which promotes ADV education & research.

        The following rules will apply in order for the ADV Quilt to travel:

        1- Your event must feature and PROMOTE a fundraising effort for ADV research (raffle etc.,) with proceeds forwarded to U of Ga ADV research (a summary asked to be forwarded to ADV Quilt committee).
        2- You must sign the ADV quilt exhibitor contract prior to scheduling (being drawn up) the quilt for exhibition and commit to timely return of the quilt.
        It will be shipped to arrive several days prior to contracted events and must be returned within 5 days following your event.
        3- You agree to pay shipping (both ways with insurance) on the quilt and agree to cover any damages which occur to it while in your possession (cleaning and/or repair which will be attended to by ADV quilt committee).

        These steps are necessary to guarantee the quilt is available for attendance at numerous events.

        Currently the shipping on the quilt alone runs about $13 for ground east coast to west coast (one way) USPS Priority .
        We also will require it be insured for $300.00 additionally.
        Please estimate YOUR groups' cost for shipping/insurance (to run approximately $32.00 +/- RT) before committing to the exhibition panel.
